Meet the founder
Kashif brings 20+ years of senior leadership across media, advisory, and strategic execution, with VP and Director-level roles at firms including Cossette Media, VMC Media, Phoenix Advertising Group, Geo TV Network, and J. Walter Thompson — leading integrated programs for Fortune 500 brands and carrying multi-million-dollar P&L responsibility along the way.
He holds a US-qualified MBA, with executive credentials from MIT Sloan, professional development at Sheridan College, and BrainStation. He is also the founder of Northbridge Trade Group, the food and produce sourcing arm of the NBT family, with active private-label programs supplying a Tier-1 North American retailer across multiple categories — vendor relationships built under enterprise procurement standards.
NBT Advisory was founded to bring that same operator's lens to entrepreneurs and investors expanding into Canada. Kashif works personally on every engagement, supported by a small team that includes an independent, licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Chartered Professional Accountants, and on-the-ground realtor partners.
